About Chabreah Alston

I am a cisgender, LGBTQIA+ Black woman who is wellness practitioner with access to many forms of healing. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT), Registered Drama Therapist/Board Certified Trainer (RDT/BCT) and a Doctoral Student in Counselor Education and Supervision. I work to realign your soul through enchanting, intentional practices. I listen and collaborate with you to meet your needs, whether immediate, short-term, or long-term.

My approaches are integrative, drawing on theories from ecosystems, humanistic, psychodynamic, feminist, multicultural, trauma-informed, creative arts, and drama therapy. I view healing and professional development as a holistic process shaped by lived experiences, relationships, identities, emotions, and the systems that influence each person’s life.

I believe in utilizing my creativity to enhance others’ creativity in the therapeutic process. I ensure that individuals and groups feel safe, seen, and heard throughout the therapeutic process. I am passionate about improving accessibility to quality mental health care. Please reach out if we align in any way!
