About Jennifer Enders

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are — without judgment, pressure, or having to “have it all figured out.” With more than 20 years of experience as a licensed therapist, I work alongside clients to help them better understand themselves, navigate difficult seasons of life, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Many of the people I work with are dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, low self-esteem, or the emotional weight of caring for others while trying to care for themselves. Some feel overwhelmed or stuck, while others simply want a deeper understanding of who they are and what they need in order to feel more grounded and fulfilled.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe each individual’s story, experiences, and strengths matter, and I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we can explore patterns that may no longer serve you, strengthen coping skills, improve self-awareness, and build a healthier relationship with yourself and others.

I have experience supporting young adults, older adults, caregivers, and individuals facing major life changes or questions around identity, purpose, relationships, and personal growth. Whether you are navigating a difficult transition or simply looking for a space to process and heal, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the process.

I am licensed in Iowa and Arizona and am honored to support clients on their path toward healing, resilience, and self-discovery.

“I was skeptical at first, about virtual mental therapy. I wasn't sure I could make a connection with a counselor without meeting in person. But, it wasn't awkward at all, and opened up a whole new avenue to having mental health assistance in the moment (when it matters most.) Jen was helpful and patient and kind, everything you want a therapist to be. I've done a lot of healing with her and I can't wait to see what's next!”
