Crystal Obi

I’m an LCSW in Texas with experience in telehealth, outpatient therapy, and intensive outpatient group work. I’ve worked with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and major life changes.

I really enjoy building rapport with clients and helping them feel supported while also giving them practical tools they can use in everyday life.

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based, and I commonly use CBT and solution-focused interventions. I’m passionate about mental health and enjoy creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can grow and feel empowered.
