About Antonio Rigonan

As a Licensed Therapist in Texas and a retired U.S. Air Force chaplain, I bring over 15 years of dedicated experience supporting individuals with a wide range of emotional and mental issues. I finished my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University-San Antonio. My practice centers on helping clients navigate challenges like stress, anxiety, grief, and self-esteem issues. I specialize in addressing men’s issues, social anxiety, relational communication problems, and life purpose exploration.

My approach is compassionate and culturally responsive, drawing from a deep understanding of diverse experiences. I’m committed to creating a supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, develop resilience, and cultivate meaningful personal growth. Whether you’re struggling with isolation, financial stress, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy and professional expertise.

I’m bilingual in English and Tagalog (Filipino), which allows me to connect with a diverse range of clients. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique journey of healing and self-discovery. The evidence-based therapies I often use in my counseling sessions are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
