About Jamie Trahan

Making human connections and watching others grow and thrive brings me joy. It is what led me to this work 10 years ago and why I still enjoy it. I work with individuals to treat stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and motivation issues and relationship issues. My goal is always to create a safe non-judgmental space for my clients to feel comfortable, be heard and to be able to give feedback. I draw from my work in Psychodynamic therapy, Client Centered therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I look forward to meeting you and getting started.
