“Very good!”

“Amy has been great. Connected with her on our first session after trying a few other therapists over the years. Very helpful, she is the first therapist who I feel really listened to me about some childhood and adult concerns.”

“Amy was absolutely fantastic and give me wisdom and honestly a non judgmental ear to listen and help me. I highly recommend her.”

“Dr Amy has saved my relationship multiple times!”

“Amy has helped me tremendously in the time she has been my therapist. She made me realize things I've never considered and I learned how to show compassion for myself as well as other. I recommend Amy highly. I was lost and she put me on my path to finding myself.”

“I worked with Amy for about 10 months mostly on anxiety and work-related stress. She helped me identify patterns I hadn't noticed before, and taught me a number of skills to address my anxiety. She has always been responsive, positive, and very perceptive. I was really struggling when I began therapy with Amy, and she helped me find my footing again and put me back on track. I still have plenty of work to do, but Amy helped me develop the skills I needed to continue to develop during and after therapy.”

“Amy is absolutely wonderful and a joy to talk to. I spent the last two months talking to her, working through specific issues from work to family and relationships and feel like I’ve had breakthroughs in every aspect whether during our sessions or after.

This was my first time going to therapy and I am very lucky to have been paired with her. She is kind and patient, understood my needs without jumping to conclusions and I appreciated my time with her very much. Thank you!!”
