About Porshea Pendleton

Welcome and thank you for viewing my profile. My name is Porshea’ Pendleton, LMFT. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Oregon with 24 years of professional work experience in aiding clients with depression, PTSD, anxiety, relationship challenges, and substance abuse concerns. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 28 years of experience in mental health care. I have dedicated myself to empowering clients to heal the pain within their lives. I support my clients with the above challenges. I work from a Christian faith-based perspective for clients seeking to expand their relationship with God. I aid clients with a focus on CBT, solution-focused, and Gestalt therapeutic interventions. In addition, I work with couples with the treatment objectives of John Gottman. The client’s treatment objectives tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet one’s unique and specific needs. Ready in making this year one of the many amazing years to come? Congratulation on taking the first step to sign up for therapy. Making this step takes courage and can be scary. I am proud and honored that I can join you in this journey of healing and self-discovery.

Once you respond to this message, I will send you some additional general information about how this online counseling process works, and then we can get started.

Should you feel in need of urgent help or that you are in crisis at any time during our work together; please call 1-800-273-TALK 24 hours a day; or 911. This forum does not provide any type of emergency services, so I want to be sure you know who to contact if you need immediate help.

You are not alone. Things can and will get better. Let’s get started!
