I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor licensed and practicing in Florida with 16 years of experience. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, group, and family therapy sessions. I have more recently focused on helping parents of young children with challenging and disruptive behavior. I have experience supporting folks living with anxiety, ADHD, and stress.

I balance directiveness and indirectiveness with clients, and work with them to find solutions to their problems. I don’t believe I have all the answers: I think people can know what is best for them. I also believe in the general goodness of others and I am here to be supportive in your journey. I think that humor can help shake up one’s perspective.
