I am licensed in Illinois with 25 plus years of professional clinical counseling experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, life work issues, anxiety, depression, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to examine, evaluate, and process problematic emotions and relationships, over thinking, and developing coping skills to improve your general well being is my interest to help you have a more fulfilling and happier life.
