I am a licensed therapist in Mississippi with three years of professional experience as a clinician, although my work in the mental health field extends beyond that. I have helped clients navigate challenges related to stress, anxiety, relationships, grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and also depression. My goal is to create a safe, open environment where you can share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.
