About Janet Conde

I am a licensed, bilingual (English/Spanish) clinical psychotherapist in the state of Florida, with more than 26 years of experience in the field of mental health, helping clients of all ages, improve their emotional and psychological wellbeing by the use of clinically proven therapeutic approaches, empathy and a deep understanding of each individual’s needs. I am passionate about empowering my clients to live independent and healthy lives, helping them develop effective ways to manage everyday stressors, cope with life challenges and encouraging them to adapt healthy cognitive and behavioral patterns of living. Some of my areas of expertise include anxiety and stress management, depression, interpersonal issues, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem issues, and emotional dependency. I also enjoy working with clients who suffer from mental illnesses such as Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Personality Disorders. I believe in treating everyone with respect, cultural sensitivity, and compassion. Therefore, I tailor my clients treatment plans to meet each person’s unique and specific needs and target goals that are attainable, measurable and time efficient.
