I have extensive experience in the mental health and public health fields. I also have worked closely with adoptive parents and their children. My career has involved helping others with depression, stress, self-confidence, loss due to relationship and family changes, poor coping skills, and trauma.
Ensuring your confidentiality and demonstrating respect to you are my utmost priorities. Working together to set goals, make change, and understand your feelings and behavior can be accomplished together.
