About Karen Jurls

Choosing therapy is self-care. Coping with life’s challenges can be difficult. Your needs and feelings matter. Working with the right therapist can help one make positive change and growth managing their daily live and overall mental health.

I have extensive experience in the mental health and public health fields. I also have worked closely with adoptive parents and their children. My career has involved helping others with depression, stress, self-confidence, loss due to relationship and family changes, poor coping skills, and trauma.

Ensuring your confidentiality and demonstrating respect to you are my utmost priorities. Working together to set goals, make change, and understand your feelings and behavior can be accomplished together. Feeling better and moving forward with a new perspective can make life more manageable and enjoyable. I look forward to meeting and working with you.
