I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, coping with loss, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with depression. I am trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing). I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
