I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pa. I have obtained over 25 years of Mental Health & Counseling experience providing individual therapy to adults, as well as, individual & family therapy to adolescents. Clinical interests are broad with an eclectic approach blending different therapeutic techniques, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, & a client centered holistic approach focusing on the client’s strengths. Areas of specialty include but are not limited to: Stress & anxiety management, depression, mood regulation, relational issues, mental health, grief & loss, self esteem, parenting issues, & family therapy.
