About Rebecca Poladian

Hello and welcome!
I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania with over 20 years of experience working in the field of mental health. I have had the pleasure of working with clients ranging from children to older adults in an array of areas such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, career challenges and many others. I have also worked with both younger and older adults around the area of trauma.
I approach each client as a partner in their journey. I believe all people are able to achieve wellness. I affirm that each person is different and that there is no such thing as a cookie cutter approach to therapy. I take a holistic approach to counseling, understanding that a person’s motivation and readiness for change can be a catalyst for positive outcomes.
I applaud anyone who seeks out counseling. I am always excited and enthusiastic to be part of your journey towards a happier and more fulfilling life. If you are willing, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you.
