Hi, I’m Tramaine Jones, LPC, CSAC, LSATP, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner in Virginia. With over a decade of experience, I’ve worked with adults, teens, and families facing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness practices to help you build emotional balance, resilience, and confidence.
