I am licensed in Virginia with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & parenting issues. I also have experience working with depression. I believe in the power of relationships in establishing an environment that promotes safety and growth in all areas of health. I have experience working in various pediatric settings providing clinical insights through my warm, strength-based approach. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
