I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in New Hampshire with 10 years of professional work experience. I have had the pleasure of working with both adults and older adults assisting in navigating their experiences experience with stress and anxiety, depression, family conflicts, life changes, motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
