I am a licensed clinical social worker in Washington, DC. I have been a licensed social worker for over 15 years. I have worked with clients concerned about a variety of issues including : depression, relationship issues, parenting issues, anxiety, and employment challenges. I have also worked with adults with history or trauma and abuse.
My approach is tailored to your needs and among others may include CBT, EFT, ESFT, and Gestalt Therapy. Through conversation we will develop a plan of action tailored to your needs.
My therapeutic interaction is open, warm, and respectful. I utilize humor coupled with hope in therapy. I recognize, welcome, and celebrate diversity. My professional aim is to equip you with the right tools and confidence to use your skills to live your life to the fullest.
Every new beginning starts with a deep breath and a decision to do differently. When you are ready to take that breath and make that decision, I am here to assist and encourage you.
