I have a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor through the Louisiana LPC Board.

My counseling style is an interactive blend of education and reframing to help you explore and understand your own values, assumptions, and ideals in a non-judgmental and open conversation. I use an odd mix between storytelling and metaphor to help my clients better understand and frame the world around them.
