I am licensed in North Carolina with 20 years of professional work experience. I graduated from Argosy University with a Masters in Counseling.
I have worked in multiple treatment settings throughout my career.
I believe deeply in meeting each individual I work with where they are at in their challenges and struggles they are facing. I work passionately to create a safe, trusting & comfortable space for each individual to work through their therapeutic journey.
My areas of experience are anxiety, disordered eating, body image, letting go of the diet culture, life transitions, ADHD and life coaching.
