About Phaciealeethas (PJ) Chandler

I’m not perfect and don’t have all the answers. But I believe most people already hold what they need—we just have to dig a little. As your therapist, think of me as a tour guide. I’ll walk with you, point out what needs attention, and help you build tools to handle what life brings.

I’m honest, fair, consistent, and present. I won’t give fluff or false promises, but I will challenge and support you. I’ll offer insight, but the pace and depth of the work will be yours to lead.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with over 10 years of experience. I earned my Master’s in Counseling with a focus in Clinical Mental Health from Delta State University. I’ve worked with clients ages four through older adulthood, across concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and life transitions. My experience includes outpatient, inpatient, crisis response, community work, and telehealth.

My style is person-centered, blending CBT, humanistic, rational choice, psychoeducation, and expressive techniques when helpful.

You should also know the first session with me is a space to feel things out. It serves as a consultation—your opportunity to decide if I feel like the right fit. Your comfort on this journey matters most, especially as we dig into insight that can sometimes feel hard to hear.

“PJ is the best therapist I’ve ever had. She really understands and can emphasize with any issue I’m facing. As an introvert that usually doesn’t have much to say, PJ has really made me feel comfortable opening up and sharing. My quality of life has definitely improved while working with PJ as my therapist.”

“PJ has been a huge help in me tackling grief and loss. I recommend her 10/10!”

“PJ is my third therapist! I was about to be done with therapy until I found PJ! She asks questions to get you thinking, she listens and she in tuned with your needs and concerns. She’s the truth!”

“PJ listens and is able to ask questions that make me figure out what my issues truly are.”

“She’s the best”

“PJ is an amazing therapist! I came to her when I needed therapy again and was pregnant. I wanted to get my anxiety and intrusive thoughts under control while pregnant and just get back in the right head space. PJ helped me do just that over the course of about half a year and I am headed into motherhood more confident than ever and in a season of my life where my anxiety is at ease. I highly recommend PJ to anyone!”

“PJ has built a relationship of trust and earned my confidence to help me push past life long trauma, allowing me to address the effects they have had on my life. I can not recommend her more if you are wanting to do the work of therapy, and make like long changes.”

“PJ's talent is simply unmatched. She has a way of letting me lead where I need to go each week. I've done therapy multiple times before and it simply didn't work. I think because it was cookie cutter, this is week 1's topic, etc. PJ has an innate way of gently allowing you to open up parts of you that you didn't think were closed while offering prospective (and humor) that allows me to not only be seen but HEARD. The tricks and tools given are actionable, practical and real-life centered. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend PJ to anyone looking for help.”

“Understanding and comes with experiences and stories that make the sessions personal and never generic. She moves sessions in a direction of progress and is excited for the next one each time.”

“She’s amazing!”

“I’ve only been speaking with PJ a few weeks but she’s already changed my entire outlook on Therapy. She makes it feel like you’re just talking with a friend all while still helping you recover. I can already feel a difference in myself thanks to her, highly recommended her.”
