I have been an LCSW in Tennessee for 22 years. I have worked with adults and couples. Geriatric patients in long term care and homeless Veterans. Using Mindfulness,I have helped clients reduce stress and anxiety. By increasing coping skills, motivation, self esteem & confidence grows.
