About Mary Francis
I’m a therapist devoted to supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. My work centers on helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, and ADHD with compassion and skill.
I specialize in supporting young adults, women, and families as they work through communication difficulties, guilt and shame, forgiveness, and posttraumatic stress. I’m also experienced in addressing workplace concerns and multicultural issues, recognizing that healing happens when we honor each person’s unique background and identity.
My approach is grounded in helping you cultivate self-love and resilience while processing difficult emotions and experiences. I work with clients from diverse faith backgrounds—whether you’re seeking a Christian perspective, exploring spirituality differently, or prefer a secular approach—and I’m committed to meeting you where you are.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you are the expert of your own story. My role is to provide steady support, genuine understanding, and practical tools to help you move toward healing and growth at your own pace. I’m honored to walk alongside you as you work toward meaningful change.
