I began working as a therapist in Mexico as Family Systems therapist. About five years ago I moved to MN and became licensed as an LADC and LPCC. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, racial trauma, coping with addictions, trauma, abuse, motivation, depression, self esteem, & confidence.
