About Lowell Wallace

Hello, my name is Lowell Wallace and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work in 2013 and went on to earn my LCSW in 2017. I have expertise in working with individuals and families with co-occurring substance abuse and other counseling issues. I also have expertise in providing counseling to individuals with mood and anxiety disorders, relationship issues, family conflict, trauma, ADHD, and much more.

I utilize a client-centered approach and realize clients are the experts on their own lives. I work collaboratively with my clients in setting and reaching their goals that will ultimately benefit their lives. Some of my most used clinical approaches are cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. I enjoy these approaches because it allows me to help my clients gain insight into their core beliefs and how these translate into their thoughts and ultimately their behavior. I believe everyone has inherent strengths and abilities to face and overcome adversity and become more empowered and all they need is some assistance to realize their solution lies within themselves.

I truly enjoy working with others and assisting them in becoming better version of themselves.

“He is amazing!! Glad we get to meet.”

“Kind and honest and a great therapist”

“I’ve been working with Lowell for over a year now, and he’s honestly been such a steady presence in my life — kind of like a rock through really complicated times. From the very beginning, he’s met me with patience, warmth, and genuine care. He remembers the details, listens without judgment, and has a way of grounding me when everything feels uncertain.

Even when I wasn’t sure what I needed from therapy, he created a space where I could just be — and that made all the difference. He’s thoughtful, compassionate, and consistent in a way that makes you feel truly seen and supported.

He’s been a great friend and a positive presence in my life — someone I’ve genuinely looked forward to speaking with each week. I’m so grateful for the time we’ve worked together, and I’d recommend him to anyone who wants a therapist who truly shows up for you, week after week.”

“Lowell is a great therapist! He is very knowledgeable and a great listener. He understands my concerns and listens intently to what I’m struggling with and provides a great insight into my own healing journey. He is wise. I trust him wholeheartedly to help me through this process. Highly appreciated.”

“The only therapy I've ever done has been on here with Lowell and its been the best thing to happen to me. I feel much more confident in myself and my choices and that has lessened a lot of the issues I was having, I just needed a way to work through it and I continuously am but my mental health is much stronger than its been in years. I can be sad, or upset and work through it without feeling out of control.”

“He's been my therapist for nearly two years now and I couldn't have asked for a better one! Any concern I have, he takes seriously and we work on it until I feel confident that it's better, and when it's not so serious he's a wonderful, fun person to talk to! Would highly recommend!”

“Good guy. Great therapist”

“Lowell is an intuitive therapist while also being a genuinely good guy. He'll simply chat you up when you need it while simultaneously offering advice, even relating your situations to his own experiences in his life. Based on my experience with him I'd recommend him to anyone with issues with anger, bad habits, relationship issues and adhd.”

“Lowell is awesome and so willing to help and get to know you.”

“Lowell is pretty amazing, him and I clicked rather instantly and I look forward to our sessions”

“Lowell Wallace is an AMAZING therapist! He listens to what you have to say and always has helpful insight to what it is you are saying. He identifies what your triggers are and helps you find ways to help improve them. All in all an amazing person and therapist and I can’t thank him enough. I would recommend him to anyone willing to take the step to help better themselves.”

“I mean hes great. Ive met with him twice and i appreciate his input”

“This is my first time doing therapy ever in my life and it's been such a huge change for me and my life has turned around for the better. Lowell is very easy to talk to and very understanding and safe. He gives you space to talk, but also makes his words very meaningful. I often think about what we talked about several times over and what he has mentioned.”

“So at first i was nervous to think of Therapy cause i wasn't sure who'd be right for me. But since i git matched with Lowell, as i described my situation and started to break down what was going on, he listens, he understands. And this makes feel confident that i can move past the mental issues i am suffering from, and make a brand new me!”

“He is a great therapist. He has help me alot with useful techniques and advice. He has made my therapy a great experience”
