About Kitty Hall

I am a licensed clinician in Virginia with four years of professional practice and more than 14 years of prior experience serving the geriatric community. My commitment to supporting others has guided my work across diverse settings, including several years with school-aged children from elementary through high school. I currently provide services through a private agency to individuals and families of all backgrounds.

I have extensive experience supporting clients through stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and loss. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and incorporate this evidence-based modality to help clients process traumatic experiences, reduce distress, and build long-term resilience.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in respect, empathy, and meaningful connection. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their emotional and mental well-being, as well as their relationships and family dynamics. Together, we develop personalized, strengths-based goals that foster balance, growth, and space for what truly matters in your life.
