Hi! My name is Jesse (She/ Her/ Hers). I am an EMDR certified counselor who specializes in trauma, in all of its many forms. I also have years of experience working with grief, disability issues, substance use disorders, self-harming behaviors, lgbt issues and providing gender affirming care. I work from an Existential and Feminist perspective that is inclusive, nonjudgemental and practical. This work is my passion and I am dedicated to providing my clients with skillfully delivered and effective therapies. Counseling is meant to yield results and I am careful to employ methods that are well supported by evidence and administered with transparency.
