Jeanette Gadeberg

Hello and Welcome – I am a licensed therapist (she/her/hers, straight) in Minnesota with over 40 years of professional experience. I have extensive experience in helping clients with stress, depression, anxiety, family conflicts and issues, parenting issues, and life changes and transitions. I specialize in women’s issues and understand the realities and challenges of being over 40 years old. I am deeply committed to my work and my clients and want to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Setting goals (and some homework to ponder over the week) and a finding a path forward can help the healing process, allowing for both reflection and action steps. Taking the first step to reach out for help and support takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I am available for 45 minute sessions on Mondays and Thursdays day hours.
