My name is Jayme Abbott and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York with over 12 years experience in the mental health field and 8 years as a counselor. I enjoy working with adults around issues of depression/anxiety, foster care/adoption, parenting, relationships/family issues, adjustment/transitions, and trauma.
