About Jamie Clausen

I am a licensed mental health counselor who has worked in community mental health agencies for 10 years. I’ve worked with a variety of different needs including depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and anxiety. I use a client centered approach and draw on cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and narrative therapy approaches as well.
