I am licensed in North Carolina as a LCMHC with 27 years of professional work experience in both the public and private sector. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I also have an advanced degree and experience in working with individuals where their Christian faith is a part of the healing process.
