About Greg Zuk

Congratulations, the fact that you are reading this tells me that you are serious about getting your life back on track and that you have taken the 1st step by seeking some assistance. I have dedicated my life to working with people and helping them overcome whatever obstacles that hold them back from being the best version of themselves. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing group, individual, and family therapy. Usually I have done this through working in the local hospitals, treatment centers, residential units, etc… but recently I decided to work online to reach more people…

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of West Virginia and Ohio. I earned my master’s degree in mental health from West Virginia University in 1991. I have 25+ years of experience as a therapist working with clients with an array of mental health issues. I have worked with adults and children, male and female equally over the years.

Some of the issues I have worked with often include those who struggle with Trauma, Addictions, ADHD, Anxiety, Bi-polar, Depression, Parenting Concerns (troubled children/teens), Social Isolation, Relationship Issues, Individuals facing a difficult challenge, Life dissatisfaction, Internal Conflicts and Self-Esteem just to name a few…

As far as treatment, there are many therapy approaches that I like to utilize in order to meet you where you are. First and foremost is common sense problem solving. I also enjoy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client Centered Treatment, Solution Focused, Family Therapy, Human Development, and Trauma Informed Treatment.

Thank you for visiting my page. Hopefully we can work together… I am looking forward to hearing your story and working with you in treatment to assist you in making those positive life changes.

What to expect:
1. Initial Evaluation: Getting to know each other, looking at where you were, where you are, and where you want to be…
2. Developing a Personal Plan: Working together to identify treatment goals…
3. Action Phase of Treatment: Making a commitment to change, working through your obstacles, taking first steps, achieving your treatment goals…
