About Emily Hall

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin and Arizona using my skills to provide Psychotherapy since 2017. I have supported patients with their concerns including anxiety, stress, relationship issues, depression, grief, loss, and healing from traumas. I specialized in trauma-related healing from domestic violence, initiate partner violence, and abusive, toxic relationships. I have had experience with supporting people who face financial and employment stressors and have a certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor to process work and disability-related concerns; including those who experience traumatic injuries and coping with those as they return to work. I provide support to expats and those living in alternative lifestyles, supporting those in and through transitions and in nomadic lifestyles.

My approach is through a trauma-informed lens that promotes healing through mind, body, and spirit. I utilize techniques from Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help make progress towards your goals. I am equipped to provide Christian-based therapy to prioritize biblical principles and spiritual strategies.

I look forward to the opportunity to support you in making progress towards your goals and will always be your encouragement as you face difficulties towards the progress you want. I value a trusting relationship and ensure a safe environment where you are able to be vulnerable to experience emotions and healing. I see each person’s heart as valuable and to respect the journey and needs you have to support you the best I can.

“Emily created a safe space where I could truly vent and say the things I needed to get out. She responded quickly, listened without judgment, and gave me the right tools and perspective to move forward. I left our session feeling lighter, more understood, and better equipped to handle what I was going through. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for both compassion and real support.”
