About Dr. Nelly Gregorian-DeLeon

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California. License number 97450. I am also licensed in North Carolina, license number 2548. I also hold a Marriage and Family Therapist’s license in Connecticut, license number 003114. I think there are times when we all experience some difficulties and challenges in our lives that may require some additional support. Maybe because it is a period which life presents some emotional difficulty, or there is an experience of depression, anxiety, traumatic events, relationship issues, or a loss of some kind. It may also be the right time to work on one’s own personal growth. I would consider it a privilege and an honor to walk through this journey with you. I am very empathic, non-judgmental, warm, and ready to take your call whenever you are ready. I am a multilingual individual who has had the opportunity to live in different countries and work with many diverse populations. I also believe in honoring the uniqueness of each individual and his/her own story. I feel passionate about people and their own distinct narratives. I utilize a variety of theoretical approaches drawing from different theorists for the specific challenges faced by the individual/s. I have a great deal of experience working with victims, survivors, and offenders of domestic violence, victims, survivors, and offenders of sexual abuse (I have been CASOMB certified), survivors of childhood abuse, and problematic relationships with high conflicts. I offer psychotherapy for many other emotional difficulties as well as grief and loss.

“"I highly recommend Dr. Gregorian-DeLeon. She is an incredibly caring and empathetic listener who truly goes above and beyond for her clients. From our first session, she listened attentively to my struggles and helped identify past traumas that could be impacting my combat PTSD. Her insight has given me hope and a clearer path to healing. What really stands out is her genuine compassion — she reached out when I missed a session and even checked in while she was away for personal reasons. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and thoughtful. I’m grateful for her support on this journey.”

“Nelly was a wonderful asset to my mental growth. I’m blessed to have met her and I cherish the time we shared together. She made me feel heard and she made a way for a lot of growth and maturity in my life that I have been seeking to find. She helped me with my confidence as an entrepreneur, wife and mother. I’ll be sure to use her services again if I ever am in need of another round of therapy along my life’s journey. Bless you Nelly.”

“Dr Nelly is a thoughtful and kind therapist. Her insight has helped me in my confidence, given me tools to navigate my emotions and structure my life in a positive manner that far exceeded my expectations when starting therapy. Initially I was scared to be vulnerable but turns out it was worth every minute of it. She creates a safe place where I can share my thoughts and sort through everything logically but also in a healthy manner. Thank you for your time, Dr. Nelly x”

“I haven’t been able to meet with my therapist in a while because I lost my FSA benefits right around when she was going on an extended vacation as she’s not from America. She’s from Armenia so she went home to see her family but I absolutely love the help that she has given me before and I’m hopefully able to meet with her again now that it’s a new year and I have my benefits renewed, Nelly is amazing. I would not recommend anyone else other than her to help with Anger Management as she is absolutely amazing and exactly what I need in a therapist.”
