Dr. Jessica Schweigert

I am licensed in Wisconsin with 9 years of professional work experience. My speciality areas include adult individual counseling, child and adolescent counseling and substance use disorders. My approach integrates psychodynamic therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping clients explore the roots of their concerns while building present-focused awareness and coping strategies. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
