About Cornelia Williams

Stress, trauma, and finances are all issues that can alter your mood. We can work together to develop a treatment plan specifically for you. I utilized multiple theories to help you achieve different goals. When you are consistent and compliant goals can be accomplished. I work with family, mood, boundaries, etc. issues. I provide individual, group, marriage, and family therapy. My therapy approach focuses on the therapeutic relationship, which I hope will allow you to journey through life’s challenges, struggles, joys, surprises, and changes.

l earned my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and have been in the behavioral health field for over 10 years. I have a strong belief in the potential for growth and healing at
all stages of life. I also have extensive experience working with children, adults, and elderly. I am passionate about working closely with clients by providing them with a multi-faceted method of care including cognitive behavioral, humanistic, and existential treatment approaches.
