About Carolyn Smith

Cee U Again Counseling

Carolyn Smith is a retired 20-year Army veteran and Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with a deep-seated passion for human empowerment. Drawing from both her professional training and her lived experience as a Black woman, Carolyn creates a warm, affirming, and culturally responsive therapeutic space. She is particularly dedicated to supporting young adults, military veterans, and individuals from diverse backgrounds as they navigate the path toward meaningful personal transformation.

Carolyn’s mission is simple: for you to author the book of your life, not the book that was handed to you. Her clinical approach is a sophisticated blend of evidence-based practices and a holistic understanding of mental wellness. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, Carolyn works collaboratively with her clients to:

Heal from past experiences and inherited narratives.

Develop stronger communication skills and a practice of radical self-love.

Build lasting resilience and self-understanding.

Create sustainable strategies for long-term emotional well-being.

Whether you are transitioning out of the military, navigating the complexities of young adulthood, or seeking to break free from external expectations, Carolyn provides the strategic guidance and empathetic support needed to become the ideal version of yourself.
