About Bridget Weidenborner Crowley

I am a Licensed Social Worker and Professional Clinical Counselor for 30+ years. I have worked with the elderly, teenagers, children, in the school and clinical setting as well as providing in home services. I have assisted individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting challenges, domestic violence, sexual and physical abuse, relationship issues, traumatic brain injury, autism, ADHD, attachment and addiction issues, and those who were born addicted learning how to maneuver life challenges. I am a certified Nutritional Mental Health Therapist and in Brain Coaching.

I believe strongly in relationships, supporting and encouraging the essence of safety and security as I work with an individual and the issues challenging them. I tend to utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with some Emotional and Motivational Therapy and some Dialectical touches. My therapy style is warm, interactive, inquisitive, gentle and curious.

I appreciate the courage, strength and determination it takes to make the decision to seek assistance to change life circumstances to try lead a more fulfilling and happier life.
