About Brianna Moore
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in Louisiana with several years of clinical experience working with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and life transitions.
My work is especially grounded in supporting LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent individuals (including ADHD), and those healing from relational trauma, abuse, or chronic invalidation. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, or emotional shutdown—and unsure how to move forward without losing themselves. Together, we focus on building self-trust, emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, and more secure ways of relating to others.
My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I draw from modalities such as parts-based work (IFS-informed), attachment theory, and cognitive approaches, while remaining flexible to meet your needs. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you—it’s about creating a safe, respectful space where you can understand yourself more fully and move at a pace that feels sustainable.
I believe everyone deserves to be met with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. There is no one “right” way to do therapy, and I will tailor our work together to honor your lived experience, nervous system, and goals.
Starting therapy takes courage—especially if you’ve had to carry a lot on your own. I’m glad you’re here, and I’d be honored to support you.
