Greetings and glad you are here! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia with 12 years of clinical experience. I am a Dialectical Behavioral Certified therapist and have helped clients with anxiety, emotional regulation, substance use disorders, relationship issues and goal setting to name a few. I believe in supporting my clients to find their own unique strengths that lie within themselves to help them along to having the most fulfilling life possible. Working alongside clients in their journey is an honor and I am forever learning how I can be of better service in my work.

Last to note- I do not do “chat sessions” but am more than excited to work with you via phone or video sessions. Lets get started!
