I am licensed in North Carolina and Texas with over 16 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with conflict resolution, anger management, relationship and family/parenting challenges, and motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I have served in the military and have worked with service members and military families struggling with military related issues. I strive to create an open and safe environment for ALL my clients where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
