I am licensed in Kentucky with 4, going on 5 years, of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes, as well as with clients with severe traumatic experiences, and also of various backgrounds, gender identifications, sexual orientations, etc. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
