About Adam Hunt

Depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma can make life feel heavy, exhausting, and stuck. If you’ve started to feel like something is “wrong” with you, I want you to hear this clearly: you’re not broken. You’re human, and your mind and nervous system have been trying to protect you—even if the strategies they’re using aren’t working anymore.
My style is practical and depth-oriented. We’ll get clear on what’s keeping you stuck, build skills you can actually use in real life, and help you move toward the kind of life you want to be living. I primarily use ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), along with CBT, and solution-focused strategies—tailored to you, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

My goal isn’t for you to be in therapy forever. It’s for you to develop psychological flexibility, feel more grounded and capable, and leave with tools you can keep using long after we’re done.
