My focus is in but not limited to, helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I believe that the therapeutic relationshop is crucial in the healing process meaning that I collaboratively work with my clients to create an open, honest, and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
