Life brings an array of challenges, transitions, and unexpected hardships, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my goal is to help individuals of all ages find peace, reclaim joy, and foster meaningful connections with the people around them.

I work holistically with children, teens, and adults, tailoring my approach to meet the unique developmental and emotional needs of each individual. Whether your child is struggling to process a major change, your teenager is navigating the pressures of growing up, or you are an adult facing a difficult life transition, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to heal and grow.

Specializing in trauma recovery, I am fully certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). This evidence-based framework allows me to safely guide clients through the healing process of complex trauma and major life events, helping them move from a place of survival to a place of thriving.

My practice is rooted in a strengths-based approach. I firmly believe that you already possess innate resilience; my role is to help you uncover those strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and build a life that feels fulfilling and peaceful. Together, we will work through life’s hurdles and discover your path forward.
