Hello! I am an LCSW in the state of Indiana, Kentucky, Arizona and North Carolina with 19 years of counseling experience and 13 years of working with young adults in an educational setting. I have a passion for working with individuals who need nonjudgmental support and encouragement to work through current barriers to achieve their goals. I provide unbiased, open-minded care empowering people to experience freedom, wholeness and healing. I offer client centered services focused on empowering individuals to develop the skill set and coping mechanisms to manage personal struggles. My ideal client is a young adult or student who is driven toward self-improvement, desires an end to their difficulties, and wants to identify patterns in behaviors and choices that cause stuck points. My client is ready to be challenged and encouraged to participate in their healing journey and reach restoration. My style is warm and relatable while being direct and genuine. I focus on accountability, ownership, honesty and self-awareness to make deep everlasting change.
