About Michelle Gross

My name is Michelle, and I hold a Master’s in Counseling and an MBA from Wake Forest University. With more than twenty years of experience in counseling, coaching and education, I have worked in schools, universities, corporations, and private practice to help individuals thrive.

My educational and professional experiences allow me to develop a tailored approach to the unique strengths and needs of each client. I am a strong proponent that growth happens through self-awareness, authentic connection, and practical strategies that help turn insight into action. My passion is helping anyone with ADHD, and I work with adolescents, collegiate, and adults of all ages to develop coping strategies to foster personal growth and development. I also work with individuals experiencing grief, depression, and anxiety.

I have a background in managing budgets and projects while ensuring alignment of financial resources with organizational priorities. I work with entrepreneurs and professionals to help them lead more effectively, get clear on their priorities, complete tasks, and delegate more effectively by understanding how their brains function best. I look forward to working with you!
