I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana with over 10 years of experience providing counseling and over 20 years of professional work experience in the mental health field. I am also a Certified Anxiety Treatment Professional. I have helped clients with stress and anxiety, addictions, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. Most of my work has been with individuals diagnosed with depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety disorders, and substance use disorders. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
