I am licensed psychologist in California with 8 years of professional experience. I have assisted clients with managing or overcoming a variety of mental wellness challenges, including stress and anxiety & depression. My clients and I collaborate to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Some of my own personal heroes have been former clients who through courage, resilience, and therapeutic support pulled themselves out of an unsatisfactory situation and in Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
